If you buy a customized program that include the access to fitlog (web and application). We will share your email and name with our third partie FITLOG. Additionally, if you request insurance receipt in naturopathy, information needed to produce the receipt will be shared with the association RITMA. Information shared may included your name, email, phone number, date of birth and province of residence.
